FJORD - INSITUM | Design Lead, Senior Consultant

As part of Fjord (Former INSITUM), my role was to lead multidisciplinary teams—including embedded members of our clients—through all the stages of projects that range from research to implementation phases; employing various methodologies, grounded in behavioral science, ethnographic research, and business strategy. There, I worked mainly in projects related to organizational innovation, strategic research, user experience, and service design; in industries such as consumer products, insurance, healthcare, real estate, and technology. I was also in charge of coordinating new opportunities for social impact initiatives at Accenture Development Partnerships.
